## About

TodoWeekend aggregates weekend events in Madrid from municipal open-data feeds (datos.madrid.es, esMadrid) and venue sites (Matadero, Teatro Real). Every event is scored 0-100 on a public algorithm that blends weekend overlap, novelty, scarcity, category, venue prestige, multi-source confirmation, and pricing. No paid placements. No ads. Free.

## How we score events

Each event gets a 0-100 score from seven signals:

1. Weekend overlap: +30 if it happens Fri / Sat / Sun (else 0 total).
2. Novelty: +15 if the run is under 3 days.
3. Scarcity: +10 if the event is under 24 hours.
4. High-value category: +10 for music, theatre, dance, opera, flamenco, circus.
5. Flagship venue: +20 for Teatro Real, Matadero, Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen, Conde Duque, CaixaForum, La Casa Encendida, Círculo de Bellas Artes, and 20+ other landmarks.
6. Multi-source confirmation: +10 if the event appears in 2+ of our data sources.
7. Priced and available: +5 for real ticket prices (not free filler, not sold out).

Tiers: HIGHLIGHT 85+, EDITOR'S PICK 70-84, NOTABLE 55-69, STANDARD 1-54.
